Abstract

Students' self-efficacy is greatly influenced by parental participation, and this has a knock-on effect on their academic achievement. Children frequently gain more confidence in their own talents when parents participate in their education by doing things like giving homework assistance, going to school functions, and interacting with teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of parental participation on children's self-efficacy, and their academic success. All of the public elementary schools in the Lahore district made up the population. Techniques for multistage sampling were employed. The information was gathered using a questionnaire. It made use of both descriptive and inferential statistics. Regression analysis, Pearson r, mean, and standard deviation were employed. The data was analysed using SPSS.
The study's conclusions showed a strong correlation and influence between parental participation, students' self-efficacy, and their academic success.
